【职位描述】
1. 根据生产计划，合理安排机台，人员，保证订单及时完成。
Arrange the machines and operators according to the production plan to meet the delivery deadlines.
2. 负责注塑区域安全和质量，主导推动安全和质量改善。监控生产过程，提高生产效率。
Responsible for safety and quality of OMD area, proactively leading the improvement initiatives. Control the production process and increased the productivity.
3. 负责注塑区域设备和模具的日常维护，监控调整生产过程关键工艺参数。设备/模具突发故障的快速处理。
Responsible for the AM/TM of OMD area, overseeing key process parameters. Responds swiftly to machine/mold breakdowns.
4. 负责注塑区域人员技能培训，班组日常管理，考核。
Responsible for skills training, daily shift supervision, and performance assessment for OMD area.
5. 负责注塑区域3Q6S提升，跨部门协作处理日常相关工作（计划，仓库，工程等部门）
Responsible for the improvement of 3Q6S, coordinating with other departments on daily matters.(include supply chain, ware house, ME…)
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above。
2. 5年以上注塑相关工作经历，熟悉注塑工艺。
At least 5 years of experience in injection & BMC molding, familiar with the molding process.
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
Proficient in using Office office software.
