岗位职责:

1. According to the business strategic plan, responsible for new customers and business enablement, building the entire process from receiving orders, production to shipment, etc

2. Responsible for new product introduction and ensure new product on time launch, Time to Market and Time to Volume management

3. Responsible for product development NRE management

4. Responsible for PCR and EC management from the start of the new product plan exit to the EOP phase

5. Continue improving process and optimize to meet customer needs

6. E2E business operation management and ensure business operation on track to meet its financial goals

7. Creating and maintaining customer relationships

8. New business opportunity exploration.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor Degree and above

2. 10+ years’ experience in PC or electrical manufacturing industry and international corporation background

3. Solid business knowledge and insight

4. Proficient in marketing research and NPI process

5. Drive business transformation and innovation

6. Strategic thinking and strong execution capability

7. Lead team and develop talents

8. Excellent verbal and written English;

9. Excellent collaboration and communication;

10. Self-motivated and customer-focused.
