• Bachelor’s degree and above in the teaching area 任教学科拥有本科及以上学历

• MYP/IGCSE/DP experience of two years 有两年MYP/IGCSE/DP相关经验

Responsibilities 工作职责
• To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn 负责有效的课堂管理,确保每个学生都能够学习
• Curriculum delivery in English with proper planned teaching resources saved in school server, managebac or moodle as per the need 用英语授课,合理安排教学资源,并根据需要资源保存在学校服务器、managebac或moodle平台上
• Building course on moodle 在Moodle平台上进行课程建设
• Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs 按照课程的要求,计划合适的书面课程文件
• To collaborate with the Chinese national curriculum members in designing relevant curriculum 与中国国家课程CNC老师合作设计相关课程
• Meeting learning outcomes of the curriculum. 满足课程的学习成果目标
• Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons. 确保将评估结果用于备课
• Conducting vertical and horizontal curriculum planning. In particular, ensuring that weekly collaborative planning meetings occur. 进行纵向和横向的课程规划,尤其要保证参加每周的合作备课
• Collaborative writing of plans and are uploaded to ManageBac. 共同撰写单元计划,并在ManageBac更新
• Submission of plans and placing them along with student work samples in the teacher folder, and on ManageBac. 提交课程计划,将其与学生作业样本一起上传至教师文件夹及ManageBac
• Relevant pedagogical approach used to create active and engaged learning experience for students 采用相关教学方法,为学生创造积极主动的学习体验
• To create relevant and authentic formative and summative assessment tasks 设计有关联的、真实的形成性和总结性评估任务
• To be responsible for student learning and ensure that progress happens and is measurable 对学生的学习负责,保证学生得到进步且进步情况是可被测量的
• To coordinate with parents about student progress 与家长协调,保证学生的进步 • To coordinate with pastoral team for regular follow ups, target setting and improvement of the student 与德育团队协调,定期跟踪、设定目标,促进学生进步
• To do assessment analysis and use them to inform teaching and learning 分析评估情况,并将其应用于教学
• To contribute to the wider school community by helping create showcase of student learning and active participation in exhibitions, fieldtrips, competitions, judging, house events and so on 通过帮助创建学生学习的展示平台,积极参与成果展、社会实践、比赛、评委、学院活动等,为学校社区做出贡献
• To collect and store evidence of written, taught and assessed curriculum to help in evaluation and staff performance evaluation 收集和保存书面课程、教授课程和评估课程的证据,以帮助进行评价及员工绩效评价
• To do reporting and commenting as per needs of the school policies 根据学校政策的需要进行学生成绩报告和评论
• To adhere to academic honesty and pastoral policy expectations from teachers 坚持学术诚信和德育政策对教师的要求
General: 一般要求
• Be present and responsible for every duty assigned. 参加、负责被分配的每一项任务
• Be responsible for one Co-curriculum activity (CCA) per week. 每周负责上一节课外活动课(CCA)
• Conduct one Parent Teacher Conference per semester. 每学期召开一次家长会 • Any other job assigned by the Heads of Secondary 其它由中学校长布置的工作 • Be professionally consistent with the school’s mission and values. 在专业上与学校的使命和价值观保持一致
• Note and apply the school’s policies and procedures as applicable. 注意并贯彻学校的政策和程序
• To participate in school workshops, meetings and IB /external workshops /conferences 参与学校工作坊、会议及IB /外部工作坊/会议
