【Responsibilities】
 Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 Guide and coach the development team and product owner on agile principles and practices.
 Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
 Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation.
 Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
 Monitor and track team progress and metrics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within the defined timelines.
 Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
 Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in agile methodologies.
 Have strong English proficiency and fluency for effective communication with international teams.
 Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft products.
【Requirements】
 Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
 Strong knowledge and understanding of agile principles and practices.
 Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
 Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
 Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
 Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
 Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
 Understanding of Microsoft products and their role in software development and project management.
 Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
