3. 积极在中国以及中国以外的地区寻找新的供应商和项目；
4.管理专有产品开发，并通过了解供应商的观点和业务问题与供应商建立关系；
5.协助领导小组分配的特殊项目；
6.前往制造商所在地，以协助达成协议并评估制造商的能力。
7.带头解决所有产品的质量问题，并积极向领导团队报告情况。


工作要求：
1. 优先考虑企业管理，供应链或相关领域的学士学位获得者；

2.普通话流利，英语书写能力强，英语口语流利，能力者优先；
3. 2年及以上贸易工作经验，1年以上采购跟单经验；
4. 优秀的关系管理和沟通能力，能够与内部和外部的各个级别的人进行交流；
5.强大的客户服务态度，高度组织化，注重细节；
6.工作有紧迫感，能够对情况做出快速反应并制定最佳解决方案。

7.有在国际公司工作经验者优先。


Job Summary:

Merchandisers will be responsible for using their sourcing experience, relationships, and manufacturing knowledge in Asia to build an cost-effective and reliable supply china for direct Supply.
The successful candidate will join a committed and successful Product Supply team. Together, we will be leaders in the development of the Senior Living industry, creating and delivering innovative products and services that improve the quality of life for seniors in the USA and China.

Product Supply Manager, Direct Supply Trading (Shenzhen)

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Work with cross-functional project teams in Asia and USA in order to ensure timely completion of project deliverables to meet the project and leaderships' expectations.

2. Manage proprietary-product development and build relationships with suppliers through understanding their perspectives and business concerns.

3. Place and track orders with suppliers, resolve issues as necessary, and ensure that goods are high quality and delivered on time.

4. Actively engage suppliers and engineering team for ways to improve product quality and reduce cost.

5. Actively search for new suppliers and projects throughout Asia, present findings to manager or project teams in a well-organized manner.

6. Attend industry tradeshows representing Direct Supply while searching for potential manufacturing partners.

7. Assist with special projects related to marketing



Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Thai language speaker, strong oral and written English skills.
• Well organized person with strong communication skills and experience leading long-term projects.
• 2+ years work experience, 1+ in sourcing or product development.
• Four-year university degree.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience working with manufacturers in Asia, and able to resolve complex issues with suppliers in China.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to occasionally work non-traditional hours as communication with colleagues in the United States is required.
• Experience working at an international firm (preferred).
• Previous experience working for a manufacturer (preferred).
