任职要求 | Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料工程、质量管理等相关专业。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. 至少5年以上汽车零配件行业（冲压、包塑、组装、注塑）质量管理经验。
• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in the automotive parts industry (stamping, over-molding, assembly, injection molding).
3. 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系，具备良好的体系审核和过程审核能力。
• Familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system, with strong audit capabilities.
4. 具有较强的问题分析和解决能力，掌握8D、5Why、FMEA等质量工具。
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and FMEA.
5. 优秀的中英文沟通能力，能够独立与海外客户进行质量问题的沟通与协调。
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently handling quality-related issues with overseas customers.
6. 能够适应海外出差，具备较强的跨文化沟通能力和团队协作精神。
• Willingness to travel overseas with strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
7. 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、PowerPoint）及质量管理相关软件。
• Proficient in office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and quality management-related tools.
