工作职责:
1、本科及以上学历，机械电子、自动化、设备工程等相关专业
1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics, automation, equipment engineering or other related majors
2、具备2年以上同行业或相关行业工作经验，熟悉贴片机、打线机，测试设备，老化设备等维护标准
2.With more than 2 years of working experience in the same industry or related industries, and familiar with the maintenance standards of placement machines, wire bonding machines, testing equipment, aging equipment, etc
3、具备设备故障管理分析能力，通过多维度的分析，寻找发现改善机会，不断降低设备故障停机时间的同时，为设备采购决策提供科学依据
3.Possess the ability of equipment failure management and analysis, find improvement opportunities through multi-dimensional analysis, continuously reduce equipment failure downtime, and provide a scientific basis for equipment procurement decisions
4、定期对设备维护保养计划及相关文件进行更新与完善
4.Regularly update and improve equipment maintenance plans and related documents
5、具备设备资产管理、备品备件管理经验
5.Have experience in equipment asset management and spare parts management
6、较强的动手能力，熟练使用办公软件，有低压电工证优先考虑
6.Strong hands-on ability, proficient in using office software, and those with a low-voltage electrician certificate are preferred
任职资格:
1、负责跟踪设备入厂，协调拆箱及二次配相关工作等
1.Responsible for tracking the arrival of equipment, coordinating unpacking and secondary distribution related work, etc
2、车间设备技术资料的收集整理、设备台账&档案整理
2.Collecting and sorting out technical data of workshop equipment, and organizing equipment ledger & files
3、负责设备故障管理，设备备品备件安全库存管理，以及统计分析输出
3.Responsible for equipment failure management, safety stock management of equipment spare parts, as well as statistical analysis and output
4、组织实施设备的定期保养工作，及时发现并处理设备潜在问题，不断降低设备故障停机时间
4.Organize and implement regular maintenance of equipment, timely detect and handle potential equipment problems, and continuously reduce equipment failure downtime
5、协助建立与完善设备管理制度、流程，推动设备管理工作的规范化、标准化
5.Assist in establishing and improving equipment management systems and processes, and promote the standardization and normalization of equipment management work
6、严格执行公司的各项规章制度以及管理制度，严格遵守公司的保密制度
6.Strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations as well as management systems, and strictly abide by the company's confidentiality system
