具体职责 Job Details：

1. Provide technical knowledge to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity.

5. Support Manufacturing in efforts to troubleshoot the manufacturing processes on a daily basis.

6. Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation with input from appropriate functions.

7. Assist production in the training of operators, technicians as needed.

8. Work with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) as needed to ensure that equipment and processes comply with applicable codes and regulations.

9. Provide technical support during the commissioning and debugging of new equipment.

14. Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, and support manpower and material resources in order to support team complete target under the support of EHS team.

15.Understand and comply with execution the requirements of the ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\two combination\green plant\safety production standardization construction and IATF16949 system

任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanics.
1. 工程或机械相关本科学历及以上。
2. More than 3-5 years manufacturing experience in automotive fields.
2. 在汽车制造领域有3-5年以上工作经验。
3. Have the laser cutting program experience, expecially for Trumpf or Prima laser machine.通快/普瑞玛
3. 有激光切割编程经验，尤其是通快或普瑞玛激光机。
4. Have basic knowledge of GD&T and fixture.
4. 具备基本的GD&T和夹具知识。
5. Good communicaton and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent written english is a must.
