Responsible for the assembly process of the crimping set. Maintain process stability according to production conditions and develop relevant management procedures and documentation.。

Provide technical expertise for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity
2.协助识别新材料、方法和工具，以改进当前的流程和/或设备。
Assist in identifying new materials, methods, and tools to improve existing processes and/or equipment.
3.了解生产过程，以确定与产品性能相关的关键工艺参数。
Understand production processes to identify key process parameters affecting product performance.
4.支持制造部门每天对制造过程进行故障排除。
Support the manufacturing department in daily troubleshooting of production processes.
5. 编制并维护更新现场技术文件。
Prepare and maintain up-to-date on-site technical documentation.
6. 根据需要协助生产部门培训操作人员、技术人员。
Assist the production department in training operators and technicians as needed.
7. 在新设备的调试和调试过程中提供技术支持。
Provide technical support during the commissioning and startup of new equipment.
8. 负责压装过程监控，维护设备参数稳定性。
Be responsible for monitoring the pressing process and maintaining equipment parameter stability.
9. 分析解决生产过程中出现质量问题，提供产品质量
Analyze and resolve quality issues during production to ensure product quality.
10.调试压装设备及机器人轨迹，确保生产各项指标达成。
Calibrate pressing equipment and robot trajectories to ensure production targets are met.
