具体职责 Job Details：

1. 根据叉车驾驶操作指导安全驾驶。
Driving safely following folklift drive instruction,
2. 确保厂内线旁产品库存充足。
Make sure have enough WIP product on line side
3. 确保线旁周转器具可用数量充足。
Make sure have enough containers or racks on line side.
4. 转移物料或零件时,确保器具标识正确。
Make sure SAP lable is correct when moving containers with parts or materials.
5. 现场实施5S管理流程,保持现场整洁,物品有序摆放。
Implement 5S procedure. Keep floor clean and everything organized.
6. 执行TPM管理流程,当发现叉车故障时,叉车司机须及时通知维修人员进行维修。
Following TPM procedure to check folklift. have to stop driving when find something wrong with folklift and inform maintenance guy.
7. 完成领导交代的其他工作如顶岗其它司机。
Other job assigned by team/group leader，e.g. back up for other drivers

任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements

1. 须有叉车证,且具有2年以上相关叉车驾驶经验。
Must have folklift drive license and assigned as folklift driver by company for 2 years.
2. 能执行5S和TPM管理流程。
Be able to do what is on 5S & TPM.
3. 掌握基本叉车维修保养知识。
Know basic maintenance knowledge about folklift.
4. 掌握基本的计算机操作。
Have basic computer still.
5. 良好的内部沟通能力。(如与班长、主管、质量工程师、维修人员等)
Good communication with mainly internal, such as team leader, group leader, qualtiy engineer,inspector, maintenance guy, etc.
6. 有积极的工作态度。
Have positive attitude.
