Project quality supervision work and quality inspection in factory.

负责项目质量督导工作以及厂内检验相关工作。

Main Responsibilities/主要工作职责：

Part A- QA Function/质量相关工作职责：

1.Quality monitoring of manufacturing and processes with focus to welding and machining according to company’s requirements in China.

根据公司在中国的要求，进行以焊接及加工为主的制造及过程的质量监督；

2.Supplier site quality supervision and their result recording and reporting.

供应商工厂现场质量检验督导及记录和汇报结果;

3.Review supplier quality doc.s

审核供应商质量文件;

4.Solve the un-qualified parts (supplier NCR and support for dead with of customer complaint, etc.)

处理质量不符合产品(如供应商不合格品以及协助处理客户投诉等);

5.Support related audit work, such as QMS / MA.

协助相关体系审核工作的进行，如QMS审核及MA审核等;

6.Other quality related work (quality doc.s, measurement

tools management and calibration, etc.)

其他质量相关工作，如质量文件整理，量检具管理和校准等;

Part B-Workshop Function/本工厂车间相关工作职责：

1.Quality guidance and supervision of pre-assembly,

machining and fitting works in workshop.

在车间进行预安装、机械加工及装配工作指导和检验监督;

2.Other work arranged by department leader

领导交办的其它任务。

REQUIREMENTS/职位要求：

1. M. /Ba. in Mechanical or Materials 本科或硕士学历，机械或材料相关专业
2. Fluent English or German and Chinese 英文(或德文)，中文流利
3. Willingness for travel 可以接受出差
4. 3-5 years related experience 3-5年相关工作经验
