Main Responsibilities/主要工作职责

Responsible for supporting leader for editing, modifying and

implementing ISO System, participating internal audit of QM and maintain
system, make the system effective operation and continuous improvement.

负责协助领导编制和修订ISO体系文件并有效实施体系推行，参与管理体系内部审核及维护体系，确保体系有效运行和持续改进。

1. Coordinate the regular internal & external audit work; 相关内审外审工作的协调；

2. EHS daily inspection in factory; Create NC report for the findings and

push them to be closed; 工厂内的EHS日常检查工作，在发现异常时开局不符合报告，并推动不符合报告的关闭；

3. Daily maintenance of QEHS system documentation, including standard and

norms update; QEHS 体系文件的日常维护工作，包括相关标准的更新工作；

4. Management of special equipment in factory; 工厂内的特种设备的管理工作；

5. Daily maintenance and registration for the document and record which

required by Gov; 政府所要求的相关EHS文件记录的维护和登记；

6. MA system and auditing related documents maintenance and editing; 安标认证系统和审核相关的文件记录的维护和编辑；

7. Other related work assigned by leader. 领导安排的其它日常相关工作。

Job Requirements/任职资格

1. Bachelor degree at least, which major related to EHS/Quality management; 本科以上学历，环境工程/安全工程/质量管理等相关专业；

2. Good command of English in written, reading, speech & listening; 优秀的英语听读写能力；

3. Fluent office software, such as PPT/Excel/Word/Outlook; 熟练使用PPT、Excel、Word等常用办公软件；

4. HSE work experience is preferred, outstanding graduate also is welcomed; 具有HSE相关工作经验优先考虑，优秀应届毕业生亦考虑；

5. Documentation ability is preferred; Earnest and work hard attitude; Team work ability; Professional communication skills; 具备较强文案工作能力的人员优先；做事踏实、认真；团队合作能力；擅长沟通技巧；

6. Knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 management system; 具备相关国际标准的知识；

7. Certifications-Personnel certificate of special equipment management. 持有必要的资格证书：如特种设备管理员证。
