岗位职责(Job Responsibilities):
· 供应商开发与管理:负责供应商的筛选、评估、开发及管理,确保供应商能够满足公司产品的质量、交期和成本要求。
Responsible for the selection, evaluation, development, and management of suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s product quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
· 供应链优化:分析和优化供应链各环节,提升供应链效率,降低成本,确保原材料和零部件的及时供应。
Analyze and optimize various stages of the supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
· 供应商谈判:与供应商就价格、交货期、合同条款等方面进行谈判,确保供应协议具有竞争力并符合公司需求。
Negotiate with suppliers on price, lead time, contract terms, and other aspects to ensure supply agreements are competitive and meet company needs.
· 技术支持与协调:与技术、生产、质量等部门紧密合作,确保供应的产品满足技术要求,并协助解决生产过程中出现的技术问题。
Collaborate closely with the technical, production, and quality departments to ensure the supplied products meet technical requirements and assist in resolving technical issues during production.
· 风险管理:识别和分析供应链中的潜在风险,采取有效措施降低风险,确保供应链的稳定性。
Identify and analyze potential risks in the supply chain, take effective measures to mitigate risks, and ensure supply
chain stability.
· 供应链数据分析:收集和分析供应链相关数据,编制相关报告,为供应链决策提供支持。
Collect and analyze supply chain-related data, prepare reports to support supply chain decision-making.
· 供应商关系维护:维护与现有供应商的良好关系,及时解决供应过程中出现的任何问题,确保供应商满意度。
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers, promptly address any issues that arise during supply processes, and ensure supplier satisfaction.
任职要求(Qualifications):
1. 教育背景:具有供应链管理、工程、机械、电子或相关专业的学士学位及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
2. 工作经验:至少2-3年在供应链管理、采购或技术支持相关领域的工作经验,具有供应商开发和管理经验者优先。
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or technical support, with experience in supplier development and management preferred.
3. 技术背景:具备一定的技术背景,能够理解和评估供应的技术要求,能与技术团队和供应商有效沟通。
Solid technical background, capable of understanding and evaluating technical requirements for supplies, with the
ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and suppliers.
4. 供应商谈判技巧:具备较强的供应商谈判技巧,能够在价格、交货期和服务等方面与供应商达成共识。
Strong supplier negotiation skills, capable of reaching consensus with suppliers on price, lead time, and service
terms.
5. 问题解决能力:具备出色的问题分析和解决能力,能够应对供应链中出现的各种问题。
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to address various issues arising within the supply chain.
6. 供应链优化能力:熟悉供应链优化工具和方法,如库存管理、物流调度、流程改进等。
Familiar with supply chain optimization tools and methods, such as inventory management, logistics scheduling, and process improvement.
7. 沟通与协调能力:优秀的沟通和协调能力,能够与供应商、内部团队及其他相关部门保持高效沟通。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other departments.
8. 英语能力:具备良好的英文读写能力,能够流利阅读技术文档和进行国际供应商沟通。
Good written and spoken English skills, able to fluently read technical documents and communicate with international suppliers.
9. 计算机技能:熟练使用Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel),了解ERP系统和供应链管理软件的使用。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiar with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
