Key Responsibilities

工作职责

1. Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management 供应商开发与采购管理

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms aligned with customer expectations.
• 识别并评估新供应商；根据客户需求谈判价格及合同条款
• Act as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, and our headquarters in Germany.
• 与德国总部、客户及供应商保持紧密沟通
• Manage supplier selection, request for quotations (RFQs), quotation analysis, and supplier recommendations.
• 负责供应商筛选、询价、报价分析及供应商推荐

2. New Product Development & Project Execution 新产品开发与项目执行

• Oversee new product development from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• 跟进新产品从立项到量产的全过程，确保项目按期完成


• Manage sample requests, production scheduling, and day-to-day project tasks.
• 管理样品申请、生产计划及日常项目执行


• Coordinate approvals for artwork, quotations, packaging, pre-production, and golden samples.
• 协调图稿确认、报价样、包装样、试产样及金样等阶段性审批流程

3. Production Monitoring & Quality Assurance 生产跟进与质量协调

• Track production progress, working closely with factories to minimize delays and risks.
• 密切跟踪工厂生产进度，降低延期和质量风险


• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues during production or inspections.
• 与 QA/QC 团队配合，及时处理生产或质检中的问题

4. Communication, Leadership & Information Management

沟通协作、团队领导与信息管理

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and to standard.
• 带领跨部门团队完成目标，激发团队积极性与责任感


• Ensure accuracy and clarity of internal and external communications.
• 确保内外部信息传递准确、清晰


• Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• 专业、及时地回应客户询问、反馈与投诉

Your Profile

任职要求

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing or project management in consumer electronics (e.g., cases, holders, cables, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, or smartphone accessories)
• 至少3年消费电子行业（如保护壳、支架、线材、移动电源、蓝牙音箱或手机配件等）采购或项目管理经验


• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive accountability and high performance
• 有成熟的领导能力与团队管理经验，能有效推动项目和团队绩效


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a fast and logical mindset
• 思维敏捷，具备逻辑性强的分析和解决问题能力


• In-depth knowledge of the smartphone accessories market and electronic product sourcing
• 熟悉手机配件市场和电子产品供应链


• Professional, proactive, and committed work attitude
• 工作态度积极、专业、富有责任感


• Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure
• 优秀的时间管理能力，能在压力下保持高效表现


• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 英语听说读写流利


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• College degree or above
• 本科及以上学历
