Job Responsibilities
1. Market Insight and Strategy Support: Conduct in-depth research on the Indian photovoltaic market, dynamically track core information such as the production capacity layout, product portfolio, and pricing strategies of competitors and customers. Analyze market trends and potential demands. Regularly output highquality market research reports to provide data support for the company to formulate precise sales strategies for the Indian market.
2. Customer Management and Business Growth: Precisely identify the target customer groups in the Indian photovoltaic industry. Be responsible for the full life cycle management of existing customers, including daily communication, demand docking, professional product consultation, and solution customization. Handle customer complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. By deeply exploring customer needs, expand the market share of the company's EVA film products and achieve continuous growth in sales.
3. Brand Promotion and Industry Deepening: Actively participate in local photovoltaic industry exhibitions, technical seminars and other activities in India. Plan and execute the on-site display and promotion of the company's EVA film products, strengthen the brand's popularity and influence in the Indian market, and establish an industry resource network.
4. Customer Data Management: Build and maintain a complete Indian customer information management system, systematically record customers' basic information, business cooperation situations, and personalized demand preferences. Conduct hierarchical and classified management of customers through data analysis to support precise marketing and customized service strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Language Proficiency: Be proficient in English and Indian languages, possess excellent cross-language communication, negotiation, and written expression abilities, and be able to conduct smooth business communication.
2. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors in science and engineering such as materials science, chemical engineering, new energy, etc. are preferred. Those with relevant knowledge reserves in the photovoltaic industry are even better.
3. Work Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the To B field. Those with sales and market expansion experience of photovoltaic industry products are preferred. Those familiar with the business environment of the Indian market will be given priority consideration.
4. Comprehensive Qualities: Have strong stress resistance and adaptability, and be able to accept frequent business trips within India. Possess keen market insight, excellent customer service awareness, and the ability to solve problems independently.
