What we expect
You are a university student from CN top5 university in your 3rd or 4th year (Bachelor or Master), majoring in business administration, economics, strategy, marketing, or related subjects and completed most of your courses, other majors like battery materials, chemistry, or engineering could be also acceptable if you have a strong interest in strategy, marketing or consulting
You are passionate about the new energy and automotive industries incl. lithium battery industry
You have strong interest in business, strategy, marketing analysis as well as project management
You are willing to learn new things and able to work effectively with a high degree of responsibility and time pressure
You are pro-active and dynamic with creative thinking abilities
You are able communicative well, know how to connect with stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively within diverse teams
You have ideally gained first work experience in previous (commercial) internships
You are excellent in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), ThinkCell, MS Team, SharePoint, OneNote are a plus
You are native Chinese with excellent English skills in reading and writing, able to translate reports, marketing material as needed, international experience abroad is a plus
You are to work at least for 3 days/week for six months, ideally 5 days/week
