Job Requirements
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from majors related to Civil Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, etc. Must hold both a graduation certificate and a degree certificate (complete dual certificates).
- Professional Skills:
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in the new energy field are preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of work experience in related fields (fresh graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they have outstanding project experience or internship experience).
- Strong hands-on ability, and willing to participate in on-site construction, commissioning, and on-site problem-solving.
- Other Requirements:
- Passionate about industrial innovation, with a spirit of teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willing to work and live in Germany for a long term
