Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Daily work of design team, e.g. RFQ, ECN relate work and so on.

负责设计团队日常开发工作, 如报价，工程变更相关工作等

2. Communicate with aeC resident and aeE design homeroom, transfer and transform technique information to internal drawing or documents correclty and effectively:

同aeC驻厂（中国）或同aeE 设计部门（欧洲）沟通，准确并有效地传递并转化技术信息到内部的图纸或文件中

3. Work together with customer design team, analysis customer reuqest and standard, make product design development, ensure meet customer requirement on time

与客户设计团队合作，分析客户要求和标准，进行产品设计开发，确保按时满足客户的要求

4. Work together with internal team, manage input and output documents correctly and in time.

配合内部团队工作，准确及时组织管理输入输出文件

5. Support sample harness production and inspection, and customer car building in customer plant.

支持样线生产和检验，并在客户现场进行造车支持

6. VAVE idea of product and work process optimization

产品开发和工作流程优化的VAVE

Job Qualifications:

1. Mechanical/Electrical design is preferred, bachelor degree or above;

机电设计优先，本科及以上学历

2. At least 8 years related work experience in design / development, 5 years above for wire harness is prefer

至少8年设计开发相关工作经验，5年以上线束相关经验更好

3. Have the knowhow about the product development procedure according to APQP, also learned FMEA, MSA,PPAP and SPC

最好了解APQP产品开发流程，并了解FMEA，MSA，PPAP和SPC

4. Knowledge, resource or experience of High Voltage Harness or Vehicle Harness

有高压或整车线束经验，资源或知识储备

5. Work for VW/Audi/BMW/Daimler or local OEMs RFQ process

参与过VW/Audi/BMW/Daimler或本地主机厂的报价工作

6. Be able to communicate in English effectively in written and oral form; German is a plus.

能够进行有效的英文书面和口头交流， 德语是加分项

7. Wiring harness design work experience is a plus, prefer to knowing LDorado software.

有扎实的线束设计工作知识者优先，了解LDorado软件更好

8. Microsoft office skills;

掌握微软办公软件的使用技能

9. Could take business travel activities;
