一、职位描述:
1、负责公司工业产品(机械零部件/电子设备/自动化器材等)的海外市场开拓与销售;
2、通过自主开发(LinkedIn、展会、Google、海关数据等)主动挖掘海外客户,建立长期合作;
3、全程跟进询盘、报价、谈判、合同签订及订单交付,独立完成外贸全流程;
维护老客户关系,分析客户需求,提升复购率及订单附加值;
4、收集行业动态与竞品信息,优化销售策略及产品方案。
二、任职要求:
1、2年以上工业品外贸实战经验,熟悉外贸流程(报关、物流、结算等);
2、具备独立成交记录:需提供过往实际成交客户案例及业绩证明;
3、精通主动获客:擅长使用社交媒体、SEO、展会等渠道开发海外客户资源;
4、英语流利(CET-6或专八优先),能高效进行商务谈判及技术沟通;
5、目标导向、抗压能力强,适应快节奏工作,有团队协作精神。
三、优先考虑条件:
1、有电子制造、机械装备等行业背景者优先;
2、熟悉欧美、东南亚等重点市场者优先;
3、具备中国制造/独立站运营经验者优先。
