一、专业背景：
本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机械电子、仪器仪表、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。
二、技术能力:
1、测试系统开发：熟悉LabVIEW、C/C++、Python等工具，能开发自动化测试程序。
2、工业协议：掌握Modbus、CAN、Profibus、EtherCAT等常用工业总线协议。
3、仪器操作：熟练使用示波器、万用表、PLC、数据采集卡（如NI DAQ）等硬件设备。
4、控制逻辑：了解PLC编程（西门子/三菱/罗克韦尔）及HMI组态软件（如WinCC、组态王）。
三、行业经验:
1、3年以上工业自动化测试或控制系统测试经验，有产线测试设备（ATE）开发或设备故障诊断系统项目经历者优先。
2、熟悉传感器校准、信号调理、运动控制（如伺服系统）等应用场景。
四、技能与职责：
1、设计测试方案（FAT/SAT）、编写测试用例，执行功能/性能/可靠性测试（如EMC、振动、温湿度）。快速诊断测试系统故障（硬件/软件），优化测试流程提升效率。
2、与研发、生产、质量部门紧密协作，推动测试标准落地。能阅读英文技术文档，部分外企要求基础英语沟通能力。
