岗位内容：
1. Feasibility assessment of PM commercialization of potential projects；
潜在项目PM商业化可行性评估
2. According to customer drawing input, formulate PM plan, technical exchange, quotation, etc.；
根据潜在项目产品客户图纸及应用信息输入，组织技术评审，制定PM技术方案，报价等
3. Verification of PM technical solutions and related support, such as FEA, material performance testing, prototype samples, etc.
PM技术方案的验证和相关支持，如FEA，材料性能测试， 原型样件等
4. For potential project products that need outsourcing processing, assist the procurement to develop sub supplier resources, technical issue review, etc.
针对需要外协加工的潜在项目产品，协助采购开发分供方资源，技术方案交流等
5. Improve the whole team theoretical knowledge about motor design；
帮助团队提升整体理论基础知识储备
6. Cross function collaboration to promote and achieve phased delivery target
跨部门协同达成阶段性交付目标
任职要求：
1. Familiar with the structure of BEV 熟悉电动车结构
2. Familiar with basic knowledge of powder metallurgy熟悉粉末冶金基础知识
3. Experience in the processes of automobile PM parts 对汽车粉末冶金零件制造和工艺有一定经验
4. Proficient in English (spoken and written) 流利的英文听说读写能力
5. Skilled use the MS office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook熟练使用办公软件，包括Word，PPT，Excel和Outlook
6. Experience in NX design software tools application 有设计软件UG使用经验
7.Good theoretical knowledge in motor, battery, reducer and power electronics application in BEV在新能源领域具备良好的电机、电池、减速机、动力电子等应用理论知识基础
8. Better to have experience on e-Motor、reducer or battery system related parts development 具备电机或电池或变速器系统相关零件开发经验者更佳
9. Ability of risk management, cost management and quality management in the project development具备项目开发过程的风险管理，成本管理，质量管理等能力
10. Strong engineering knowledge 强有力的工程思维
11. Ability to listen, challenge and communicate能够倾听、迎接挑战和积极沟通
