职位描述
1、带领IC测试团队，与设计工程师团队、应用工程师进行配合，完成公司IC测试程序的开发，流程的确定以及优化，完成产品失效分析的工作； Lead the IC test team,cooperate with the design engineer team and application engineer to complete the company's IC test program development; Be reponsible for process determination and optimization;complete product failure analysis.
2、配合测试代工厂，完成产品测试加工； Cooperate with the test foundry to complete product testing and processing.
3、熟悉产品的质量架构，可以指导工程师完成产品的品质管理工作。 Familiar with product quality architecture, able to guide engineers to complete product quality work.
主要要求
1、电子、通信、仪器仪表类本科以上学历，5年以上测试工作经验； Bachelor degree or above in electronics, communications, instrumentation, more than 5 years of test work experience.
2、能非常了解常见的测试上的问题，能有效地带领并指导工程师进行设计和解决技术难题； Able to understand the common test problems very well, and to effectively lead and guide engineers to design and solve technical problems.
3、有优秀的人际沟通能力和领导能力，出色的项目管理技能； Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills, excellent project management skills.
4、有优秀的英语读写、听说能力。 Have excellent English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
5、遵守《信息资产密级管理程序》及《GB/T 22080-2016/ISO/IEC 27001:2013 信息技术-安全技术-信息安全管理体系要求》和《GB/T 22081-2016/ISO/IEC 27002:2013 信息技术-安全技术-信息安全管理实施细则》。 Comply with the Information Assets Classification Management Procedure, GB/T 22080-2016/ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Technology Security Technology Information Security Management System Requirements and GB/T 22081-2016/ISO/IEC 27002:2013 Information Technology Security Technology Information Security Management Implementation Rules.
