Engineer/Draftsman工程师/制图员

Duties will include but are not limited to:

职责将包括但不限于：

Create detailed Production Drawings, Bill of Materials and Assembly Instructions to the Production team members.为生产团队成员创建详细的生产图纸、物料清单和装配说明。

Create weldment details of fabrication drawings and provide adequate instructions to reduce fabrication issues.创建焊接件详图的制造图纸，并提供充分的说明以减少制造过程中的问题。

Liaise with the management & production team throughout entire projects, including making & documenting reviews / revisions based on feedback from management & production teams.在整个项目期间与管理层及生产团队进行沟通，包括根据管理层和生产团队的反馈进行修改并记录/修订内容。

Liaise with the management to schedule Weekly Production Plan according to the Project requirements.与管理层联系，根据项目要求安排每周生产计划

Able to make a cutting plan with dxf files for production parts and required material plan based on the Production Schedule.能够根据生产计划，使用dxf文件为生产零件制定切割方案，并制定所需的材料计划。

Liaise with the production team to reduce manufacturing variations by adding POKA-YOKE System (Mistake proofing system)与生产团队沟通，通过添加POKA-YOKE系统（防错系统）来减少制造过程中的差异

Maintain documents to keep the records of all projects.维护文档以记录所有项目的情况。

To be successful:

Qualification in Engineering Drafting or equivalent

Proficient in SolidWorks (Parts, Assemblies and Weldment)

Sufficient knowledge in AutoCAD to interpret dxf files

Sufficient knowledge in Engineering drawing reading skill and Weld symbols

Sufficient knowledge in Production planning and Procurement

Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes

Provide certificate for any qualification obtained.
