- Manage project teams and make key project decisions where needed

- Maintain safety and academic standards on their projects

- Design and refine itineraries,curriculum,timetables,activities,and equipment lists

- Trains and lead programs on the ground(for large,new,or otherwise key projects)or be responsible for briefing and training freelancer program leaders with the goal of making sure WCE standards and client expectations are clear and setting the on - the - ground staff up for success

- Work with the project team to help anticipate and resolve issues based on their on - the - ground experience

- Work with the project Coordinator to help clarify and manage client expectations

- Work with the Operator to select suppliers and ensure they have a clear understanding of out and our clients'expectations, as well as to ensure equipment and materials are purchased and arrive on time
Requirements
- A strong client service orientation,with good written and verbal English communication skills

- A proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining level-headed under pressure

- A proven ability to manage a project team and give support when needed

- A responsible,professional and highly motivated team player,proactive in meeting client needs

- Thorough with a strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working with various teams

- Confident in dealings with clients,both over the phone and face-to-face

- Work closely with coordinator and operator to create proposals based on client's requirements

- Lead programs on the ground from time to time

- Experience in the experiential program industry

- Software skills
