主要职责：key responsibilities
航线采购与合同管理
负责与船运公司等合作伙伴进行谈判，签订具有竞争力的运输合同。
定期评估供应商绩效，优化采购策略，确保服务质量与成本效益。
分析市场趋势和运费波动，制定采购预算并控制物流成本。
通过优化运输路线和模式（空运、海运、多式联运等）降低总体运营成本。
协调内部团队（如运营、仓储、客服）和外部合作伙伴，确保物流流程高效无缝。
跨部门协作
与销售、客户服务、财务等部门紧密合作，支持业务需求并提升客户满意度。
提供物流解决方案咨询，协助客户定制化运输需求。
教育背景
本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业优先。
工作经验
至少5年以上国际物流、航线采购或供应链管理经验，熟悉海运操作流程。
具备海运公司、大型货代、物流企业工作经验者优先。
技能与能力
出色的谈判和沟通能力，能够与全球供应商建立长期合作关系。
中英文流利，具备多语言能力者优先

Route Procurement and Contract Management
Negotiate with shipping companies and other partners to secure competitive transportation contracts.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance, optimize procurement strategies, and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze market trends and freight fluctuations, develop procurement budgets, and control logistics costs.
By optimizing transportation routes and modes (air, sea, multimodal transport, etc.), the overall operating costs can be reduced.
Coordinate internal teams (e.g., operations, warehousing, customer service) and external partners to ensure seamless logistics.
Cross-department collaboration
Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance to support business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide logistics solutions consulting and assist clients in customizing transportation needs.
educational background
A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with preference given to candidates in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or related fields.
hands-on background
At least 5 years of experience in international logistics, route procurement, or supply chain management, with proficiency in maritime operations.
Experience in shipping companies, large freight forwarding agencies, or logistics enterprises is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to establish long-term cooperative relationships with global suppliers.
Fluent in both Chinese and English. Multilingual candidates are preferred.
