1，跟进采购订单、与其他部门沟通合作，确保按合同条款及时交货
2，手动地(Excel表)和自动地(ERP软件)监督、监视及将发货登记到最终客户(发票、数量和交货时间);
3，处理货运代理、运输公司、航线、经纪人、管理货物交付细节和运输服务质量的经营者(准备合同，发票，控制出货状况等);
4，签发装运单据; 处理位于中国的终端(关于终端活动的每月报告，监测坦克的平衡水)。
5，控制现金流入和应收账款; 监督货物通关;
6，接收和处理客户要求，进行月度评审以持续改进;与供应商和客户保留信函;
参加与客户的会议,帮助同事解决任何与客户有关的问题;注重团队协作。
- Supervise, monitor and register the shipments to the end customer(invoices, volumes and times of delivery) manually (excel sheet) and automatically (ERP software);
-Deal with forwarders, transport companies, lines, brokers, operators regarding the goods delivery details and the forwarding services quality (prepare contracts, invoices, control over shipping status, etc.);
- Issue shipping documents;
- Deal with the terminals in China (monthly reporting on the terminal activities, tank balance level monitoring).
- Control the cash inflow and receivables; - Supervise the goods customs clearance;
- Receive and process customer complaints, run monthly review process for continuous improvement;
- Maintain correspondence with suppliers and clients;
- Participate in meetings with customers, help colleagues with any customer-related issues;
- Deal with the company departments
