Job Title: Purchasing personnel （Vouching clerk）
岗位聘用条件:
Employment Conditions:
1、专业不限，财务优先，本科以上学历，英语CET6及以上；
Specialty is not limited, Finance major is preferred, bachelor’s degree or above, CET6 and above.
2、了解外贸流程，了解货运/报关等手续，完成对货物进出口所需单证办理及跟踪；
Understand the foreign trade process, understand the freight forwarding / customs declaration procedures. complete the import and export of goods required documents processing and tracking
3、能阅读英文，处理英文邮件；
Can read and handle English emails.
4、能操作各类OFFICE软件，包括WORD\EXECL\PPT等；
Proficient in operating various OFFICE software, including WORD\EXECL\PPT, etc.
5、有良好的沟通能力，执行力，抗压能力，团队合作精神。
Good communication skills, execution, anti-pressure ability and teamwork spirit.

2、寻找货源；
Search for sources of goods.
3、写英文和商务邮件；
Write English and business emails.
4、报关资料处理；
Process customs declaration documents.
5、领导安排的其他事宜。
