Key Responsibilities：

· Continuously monitor cutting-edge trends in AI technology and applications, and analyze industry developments;

· Develop annual AI innovation roadmap based on business needs, supporting executive-level digital transformation strategies;

· Identify high-value AI application scenarios by understanding business pain points, and design practical AI solutions (e.g.,intelligent customer service, supply chain optimization, production automation);

· Lead feasibility analysis of AI projects and build business value assessment models, including benefit estimation, risk

evaluation, and resource planning;

· Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from requirement analysis, solution design, development, pilot testing to

large-scale deployment;

· Integrate cross-department and cross-team resources, promote efficient collaboration and progress control to ensure

project success;

· Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, accurately convey requirements and coordinate resources for smooth project delivery;

· Establish and improve business metric tracking systems, continuously optimize AI solutions based on operational data;

· Build internal AI knowledge systems and promote AI concepts and technologies across business teams;

· Organize AI-related training, workshops, and practice activities to enhance team-wide AI awareness and application

capabilities;

· Summarize project experiences to form replicable best practices and support continuous improvement of enterprise AI

capabilities.

Qualifications：

· Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred;

· Over 5 years of experience in cloud computing, big data, and AI technology integration, with experience in large-scale

enterprise digital transformation projects preferred;

· Proven experience in leading full-cycle AI project implementation (from requirement definition to launch and operation);

· Strong analytical and insight skills, highly sensitive to new technologies and industry trends, capable of identifying and

seizing innovation opportunities;

· Able to translate complex business needs intoactionable AI technical solutions, with excellent communication and

coordination skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;

· Strong learning ability and stress tolerance, adaptable to fast-changing technology environments;

· Fluent in English, with experience ininternational projects or background in AI consulting or solution architecture

preferred;

· Good awareness of compliance and data security management.
