- Decompose regional and country-specific sales targets by combining annual sales goals with regional market data;
- Formulate market promotion and sales plans, track implementation progress, and adjust according to market dynamics.
II. Trader Cooperation Management
- Collaborate with traders to plan market landing plans, supervise and assist in completing sales tasks;
- Coordinate relationships among regional traders, develop incentive mechanisms, and ensure the良性 operation of the market.
III. Customer Relationship Maintenance and Service
- Establish customer communication channels and organize activities such as inspection and exchange;
- Visit key customers to collect feedback and synchronize with the headquarters to optimize product services;
- Handle customer complaints and consultations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
IV. Overseas Business Expansion and Execution
- Expand overseas markets through exhibitions and investment promotion meetings, sign high-quality traders and develop new regions;
- Develop well-known enterprise customers and follow up the entire process of business negotiations, performance and after-sales support.
V. Comprehensive Affairs and Collaboration
- Formulate payment collection plans, follow up on fund recovery, and ensure the safe return of funds;
- Collaborate with internal departments, grasp product and industry dynamics, and support business development.
Qualifications
- College degree or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to meet the communication needs of overseas business.
- Relevant work experience in overseas dealer development and maintenance, familiar with overseas market channel expansion and customer relationship management processes.
- Candidates with overseas telemarketing experience or working experience in brand enterprises are preferred.
