Job Description 职位描述Design/analysis of mechanical structure and parts for PM motor, including 3D and 2D design负责永磁电机机械结构及零件的设计和分析, 包括3D和2D图纸设计Participate in mechanical parts localization and DTC.参与支持机械零件的国产化以及DTC的工作Response for prototype making负责样机的制作Responsible for part of tasks on product engineering, 负责部分产品工程的任务 Participation in test and result analysis/judgment of motor参与电机测试及试验结果分析与判定Participate in multi-national team参与跨文化的团队合作Complete other tasks assigned by superior.完成上级交办的其它任务2.Job Requirement 职位要求Bachelor degree and above, major in mechanical engineering related大学本科学历及以上，主修专业机械工程相关More than 5 years of experience in PM motor mechanical design在永磁电机机械设计方面不少于5年工作经验Experienced on mechanical structure and oil channel design of oil cooled motor on commercial vehicle or passenger car.在商用车或者乘用车油冷电机的机械结构和设计以及油路设计上有丰富的经验Familiar with the GB/ISO/EN standards of road vehicles熟悉道路车辆的标准，GB/ISO/ENFamiliar with IATF 16949, candidate should from auto industry 熟悉IATF 16949, 候选人需要来至于汽车行业Experienced in motor automatic assembly will be preferred最好有电机自动化装配经验Experienced in production and quality problem solving在解决生产和质量问题上有一定的经验
UnrestrictedSkilled with mechanical design software such as Creo, mastering of Windchill is preferred.熟练使用画图软件 Creo等3D/2D设计软件, 最好能够掌握Windchill的使用Good English skill具备流利的英语能力Complete assigned tasks independently with high quality.能保质保量独立完成岗位相关工作。
