职位描述

Role Purpose

Provide first-layer technical support tothe GWS global sales organization and selected customers for GWS China products,acting as the primary technical interface between sales teams, customer technical requirements and Qingdao factory.

Key Technical Support Responsibilities

1.Customer Technical Engagement

Ø Respond to initial technical inquiries from GWS China and overseas sales team

Ø Conduct preliminary technical assessments of customer requirements.
Provide first-level technical guidance and product information

Ø Translate technical specifications and customer needs between teams

2.Sales Support

Ø Prepare technical response packages for GWS China and overseas sales
opportunities

Ø Support GWS China and overseas sales team in technical product positioning

Ø Assist in creating technical proposal materials

Ø Help qualify reports of customer requests

3.Technical Communication

Ø Act as primary technical point of contact for initial customer interactions

Ø Bridge communication between sales, engineering, and customer teams

Ø Translate technical documents and communications

4.Product Technical Triage

Ø Identify and escalate complex technical requirements to specialized

teams

Ø Provide initial troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

Ø Compile and report customer technical feedback

Technical Support Qualifications

Required Technical Background

Ø Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,electrical engineering, or related technical field

Ø 3-5 years of technical support experience in water supply, HVAC systems and Industrial equipment sales support

Ø Strong technical communication abilities

Ø Quick technical comprehension

Ø Customer-facing technical problem-solving

Ø Technical documentation skills

Ø Rapid technical requirement assessment

Ø Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical product

Language and Technical Communication

Ø Immediate technical communication in English and Mandarin

Ø Precise technical explanation of product capabilities

Ø Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for sales and customer understanding
