工作职责 (Work Responsibilities):
按照公司战略制定年度销售策略和方案并进行跟踪实施
- Develop the annual sales strategy and plan in line with the company's overall strategy, and ensure effective implementation.
负责指定地区的客户开发和销售工作,完成订单全过程跟踪和回款
- Responsible for customer development and sales in the assigned region, ensuring full-cycle management of orders and timely payment collection.
完成公司指定的销售目标,努力拓宽业务渠道,持续扩大公司产品市场占有率
- Achieve assigned sales targets, actively expand business channels, and continuously grow the company's market share.
协助总部完成公司和产品的宣传工作,推动公司品牌在本地的知名度
- Assist headquarters with corporate and product promotion efforts to enhance local brand awareness.
配合总部进行市场调研,包括但不限于竞争对手情况,新产品本地市场前景,相关法规等
- Support market research initiatives, including but not limited to competitor analysis, local market outlook for new products, and relevant laws and regulations.

- Experience in sales within the plastics industry; familiarity with the local compounding market, particularly in automotive or halogen-free flame retardant (HFFR) cable materials; knowledge of petrochemical, film, or pipe applications is a plus.
具备市场分析和观察力,能积极处理贸易过程中各类复杂问题
- Strong market analysis and insight capabilities, with the ability to proactively handle complex issues in the sales and trade process.
