岗位职责:

Work out sales leads and service products plan. Identify sales service strategy and specific solutions oriented to meet client needs and to develop those responsible accounts accordingly
制定大客户的销售计划、策略及具体实施方案以满足客户需求及业务发展

Responsible to generate leads into new accounts & products marketing promotion, hunting for sales development, and farming existing business with key account customer to strengthen client management relationship. Continuously update accounts' archives
有能力挖掘潜在的新客户及产品的开拓,并且做好现有大客户关系的维护,维护加强客户关系,持续完善客户档案和资料。

Visit customer on a planned schedule/ non-scheduled to customer response. Recommend and listen to customer needs ,requirements & demands, and get close to know how customer buys service
定期/不定期拜访客户,挖掘客户需求,了解客户在业务需求方面的最新动态。

Sell on value and overcome objections for price negotiation, negotaite commercial terms, final contracts for customer satisfaction. Study market price and values of competitors and know the unique selling proposition for brand service and products.
与客户进行价格谈判,商务条款的协商及最后合同签订。了解市场动态,熟知竞争对手,并且能推广服务和产品

完成上级交办的其它工作

任职要求:
More than 2 years working experience in sales department of heavy industry or mechanical manufacturing industry.
在机械、重工业或制造行业销售部两年以上工作经验.

Fast communication and cooperation ability with different departments and with customer Supply Chain organizations.
与不同部门人员及客户快速沟通与协作能力

College or university degree, major in mechanical or related
大专或本科学历,机械相关专业

Able to work remotely , independently, communicating accurately under time pressure. Live away from home and travel frequently by car、rail and flights at unsociable hours when necessary.
能够承受工作压力和经常出差

Good English (German is a benefit) and the ability for using computer. Skilled at Microsoft Office software
良好的英语(德语更佳)及熟练计算机操作能力。熟练使用微软办公软件

有轧钢设备销售经验者优先考虑!!!
