工作职责
Perform complete lifecycle product development, including design review, product development, prototype testing, evaluation and validation, experience summary, etc.
执行完整的生命周期产品开发，包括设计评审、产品开发、样机测试、评估和验证、经验总结等。
Carry out continuous improvement, standardization design, responsible for product ECR.
针对产品进行持续改进，标准化设计，负责产品工程变更。
Make and sort out related mechanical equipment guidance documents, operating procedures, product instructions and other documents.
制定、整理相关机械设备的指导文件、操作规程、产品说明等资料。
Provide technical support to other departments and solve customers' technical issues in time.
为其他部门提供技术支持，及时解决客户的技术疑问。
Interact with headquarter and other departments to develop effective technical solutions.
与总部和其他部门同事互动合作，共同解决产品问题点。
Be responsible for other duties of this position and other tasks assigned by manager.
负责本岗位职责内其他事项及上级交办的任务。
Requirements
职位要求
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related.
本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
3~5 years working experience in mechanical design industry, strong project management ability, working experience in packaging equipment industry is preferred.
3~5年机械设计行业工作经验，有较强的项目管理能力，从事包装设备行业工作经验者优先。
Proficient in CAD, Solidworks software and excellent MS Office skills.
熟练掌握CAD、Solidworks 等制图软件及优秀的MS office 能力。
Good knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS or similar).
对工程分析工具有充分了解（ANSYS或类似）。
Fluent English in spoken and written.
流利的英语听说读写能力。
Clear, systematic thinking, good communication and time management skills.
条理清晰、系统思维，良好的沟通和时间管理能力。
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
