Responsibilities:

1.Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet customer demand and production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.

2. Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.

3. Generate supplier OTIF reports and work together with suppliers to improve.

4. Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with Sourcing team.

5. Focus on internal “exception messages” to identify deviations in demand & supply, co-ordinate corrective actions by adjusting MRP parameters or reaching out to other SC departments like Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Demand Management or Production

Competences:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Fluent in English, spoken and written

3. Extensive SAP knowledge, SD,MM &PP module

4. Experience of materials planning ideally in industrial companies and customer service.

5. Experience and confirmed practice within inventory management

6. Understanding of supplier relationships and some experience of working with suppliers.

7. Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependence.

8. Knowledge of demanding planning process is preferred

9. Engages interest and participation of others

10. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
