Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, or related engineering fields.
Fluent English in both oral and written forms is a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the non-standard automation industry.
Familiar with project development lifecycle, project management procedures, and technical documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of handling pressure and solving problems independently.
Good understanding of automation system design principles (mechanical and software).
Familiar with project management systems and capable of independently managing moderately complex projects.
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, and alignment with company core values and result-driven mindset.
Ability to enforce processes, uphold standards, and work independently under organizational supervision.
