Work under the guidance of Market Manager/Director to monitor and drive the brand business.

Assist with marketing manager to plan and implements integrated brand communication campaigns, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure set targets are achieved.
协助市场经理策划及执行品牌整合营销活动,监测实际效果,确保达成计划与预算中的目标;
Direct agencies on brand communication and creative development to maximize brand equity.
指引代理公司做好品牌沟通及创意发展,最大化品牌的资产;
Closely communicate and co-work with regional sales team and other department to better deliver the marketing strategy and activities.
与地区销售及其他部门紧密合作沟通,以让市场策略及活动更好地展开。
Work with channel marketing team for effective channel promotion and good product presence.
与渠道组一起达成有效的渠道促销及优秀的产品展示;
NPD (New Product Development), cross work with Supply Chain for new innovations and launch to market.
新品研发,与供应链进行跨部门合作参与新品研发,并推广到市场。
Identify & exploit business opportunities through superior understanding of consumers, market, and competitor insight &
trends, as well as data analysis.
通过对消费者,市场,竞品的洞察/趋势了解以及数据分析来识别和运用生意增长机会,帮助品牌成长。

Education教育背景:
Bachelor degree or above, business related area is preferable:
本科或以上学历,商业类相关专业优
Good English & Mandarin in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
英语和中文沟通流畅,听说读写俱佳
Experience经验:
A minimum 6-year experience in product/brand marketing with multi-national
至少6年的跨国产品/品牌营销经验
PR, Event, Communication Strategy experience
拥有公关,线下活动,线上沟通策略等相关经验
Successful experience in launching new product/brand and portfolio management will be preferred.
具有新品上市成功经验以及产品组合管理经验优先考虑。
