岗位职责：
1.领导和推动战略规划和预算报告。
2.负责中国和国际财务报告准则的月度和年度结算。
3.对销售、原材料成本、直接人工、间接人工、管理费用等进行分析。
4.为最高管理层准备月度、季度、年度审查材料。
5.负责董事会会议的材料准备。
6.监控日常业务，确保资产负债表无风险。
7.负责内部控制检查和自我审计，以确保ICB在合资企业中运行。
8.参与合资公司的运营和管理，并从财务角度提供专业建议。
任职资格：
1.8年以上财务相关工作经验。
2.会计、金融、经济或相关专业本科以上学历。MBA优先。
3.CPA或ACCA优先。
4.有汽车零部件行业经验者优先。
Responsibility:
- Lead and drive the Strategy Planning and Budget reports.
- Responsible for the monthly and annual closing both PRC and IFRS.
- Make analysis for the sales, raw material cost, direct labor, indirect labor, overhead etc.
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, yearly review material to top management.
- Responsible for the material preparation for Board meeting.
- Monitor the daily business and make sure the Balance Sheet no risk.
- Responsible for the Internal Control check and make the self-audit to make sure the ICB run in the JV.
- Involve in the operation and management of JV and provide the professional suggestion from finance view.
Qualification:
- More than 8 years financial related work experience.
- At least Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Economic or related. MBA preferred.
- CPA or ACCA preferred.
- Auto parts industry experience preferred.
