职位描述

目标

Mission

通过制定和执行个人销售行动计划,完成销售指标。

To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region.


具体工作内容

Major work - Sales

1)配合部门,进行市场调研行业分析、确定市场方向、制定营销策略和计划

Cooperate with departments to conduct market research, industry analysis, determine market direction, and furnish marketing strategies and plans

2)设计院和总包客户的推广、定期拜访和联络

Promotion, regular visit and contact of design institutes and general contractors

3)及时跟进了解项目信息,调动公司和各种资源进行后续跟踪,协助做好项目管理、具体项目跟踪,项目的交流、投标、谈判工作

Timely follow up project information, mobilize various resources for follow-up tracking, assist in project management, specific project tracking, project communication, bidding and negotiation

4)销售合同的谈判与签订工作

Responsible for negotiation and signing of sales contract

5)根据公司信控政策,配合做好应收账款的催收工作

Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy;

6)及时、准确地提交销售报告,包括区域市场情况、销售分析及反馈等

To provide timely and accurate sales report to reporting manager, including market information, sales analysis and feedback etc

7)市场和销售活动的支持

Market and sales activities support;

8)完成部门经理安排的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by department manager.


经验要求

Experience requirement

2-3年左右机械相关销售经验

2-3 year sales’ experience in machinery.

压缩机、水泵等流体设备销售经验者优先

Sales experience in fluid experiment(such as compressor, pump) would be a plus.


知识/学历要求

Experience requirement

1. 大专或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业

College or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent

2. 良好的沟通技能,以客户为导向

Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

3. 良好的电脑操作技能

Good computer skill

4. 愿意出差

Willing to travel

5. 熟练的英语能力(加分)

Good command of the English language (both written and spoken are preferred)
