职位描述
一、岗位职责:
1.外贸客户开发与维护:Foreign Trade Customer Development and Maintenance:
通过各种渠道开发新客户,拓展海外市场。
维护现有客户关系,确保客户满意度和忠诚度。
Develop new customers through various channels and expand the overseas market.
Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2.完成个人销售目标:Achieving Personal Sales Targets:
制定并执行个人销售计划,努力完成并超越销售目标。
定期分析销售数据,调整销售策略。
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Regularly analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies.
3.市场调研与分析:Market Research and Analysis:
了解行业动态和市场趋势,提供市场分析报告。
收集竞争对手信息,提出应对策略。
Understand industry trends and market dynamics, and provide market analysis reports.
Collect competitor information and propose countermeasures.
4.参与市场推广活动:Participating in Marketing Activities:
参与国内外展会,宣传公司产品和品牌。
配合市场部开展线上线下的推广活动。
Participate in domestic and international trade shows to promote company products and brand.
Collaborate with the marketing department in online and offline promotional activities.
5.合同谈判与管理:Contract Negotiation and Management:
与客户进行商务谈判,签订销售合同。
负责合同执行过程中的沟通协调和问题解决
Conduct business negotiations with customers and sign sales contracts.
Coordinate and resolve issues during the contract execution process.


二:任职资格:
1.教育背景:Educational Background
本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、商务英语等相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields preferred.
2.工作经验:Work Experience
至少3年外贸销售经验,3年以上外贸出口或海外工作经验。
有成功的客户开发和销售业绩记录。
At least 3 years of sales experience in foreign trade, with over 3 years of export or overseas work experience.
Proven success in customer development and achieving sales performance.
3.专业技能:Professional Skills
熟悉外贸业务流程和国际贸易法规。
强大的市场分析和客户管理能力。
出色的沟通和谈判技巧,能够独立完成销售工作。
Familiar with foreign trade processes and international trade regulations.
Strong market analysis and customer management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently completing sales tasks.
4.语言能力:Language Skills
英语听说读写流利(CET6以上)。
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (CET6 or higher).
5.个人素质:Personal Qualities
目标导向,具有强烈的销售驱动力。
高度的责任感和积极的工作态度。
能够在压力下工作,并适应频繁的海外出差。
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for sales.
High level of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent overseas travel.
