物流客服专员

职位描述：

1. 跟踪发运货物在途状态和抵达时间；

   Tracking goods in transit and arrival time

2. 及时有效的向客户反馈相关信息；

   Timely and effective feedback of information to customer

3. 监督和督促司机完成各项指令；

   Supervising drivers to complete the instructions

4. 负责处理物流配送过程中的各类问题；

   Finding effective solution to handle the problems

5. 收集回单并归档；

   Collecting and filing the delivery notes

6. 供应商对账并录入系统；

   Checking account with the suppliers and enter into the system

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历；

   College degree or above

2. 三年以上相关工作经验；

   More than three years related work experience

3. 具备良好的客户服务意识，有“客户为先”的服务态度；

   Having good sense of customer service and customer first

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、突发事情处理能力、责任心；

   Having good communication skills and coordination ability, ability of deal with emergencies, strong sense of responsibility

5. 工作认真仔细、态度积极主动、团队沟通能力强；

   Work carefully, proactive and initiative, ability of team work
