Responsibilities
- Social Media
Management: Assist in creating, curating, and
scheduling engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g.,
WeChat, LinkedIn). Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and
contribute to monthly reports to optimize content strategy.
- Website & SEM
Support: Collaborate with the team to review,
update, and enhance corporate website content for accuracy and SEO
optimization. Assist in generating SEM reports to track campaign
performance and provide actionable insights.
- Email Marketing
Campaigns: Support the design, execution, and
analysis of email marketing campaigns, including content creation,
audience segmentation, and performance tracking to ensure effective
communication with target audiences.
- Event Coordination
& Support: Provide end-to-end logistical support for
marketing events, including planning, vendor coordination, on-site
assistance, and post-event follow-up. Track and report on event success
metrics to measure ROI.
- Market Research &
Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends,
competitor activities, and customer insights to support the development of
marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Creative
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content
teams to brainstorm ideas, develop creative assets, and ensure brand
consistency across all marketing channels.
- Data Support: Assist data-related tasks, including managing marketing
databases, supporting campaigns and analytics, and preparing reporting
The successful candidates should
be:

Educational Background: holding a bachelor degree or above. With
3-5 years of full-time experience in marketing (B2B marketing experience will be a plus).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to construct clear, logical arguments
and deliver persuasive messages.

Creative Expertise: Proficient in video production,
including shooting, editing, and post-production, with a keen eye for visual
storytelling and brand alignment.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with strong
interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
and contribute to shared goals.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent
command of listening, speaking, reading, and writing to support
cross-functional and international team collaboration.
