3、制定详细的项目工作计划，并根据项目实施的实际情况，及时与客户和公司内各有关部门沟通、协调，在指导下更新、调整工作计划，致力于内外部客户满意；

4、在指导下与项目组成员一同对潜在的项目风险进行预测和分级，并制定调整计划和应急策略；

Predicting and grading potential project risks together with project team members under the guidance, and developing adjustment plans and emergency strategies;

5、负责项目拨用款申请及时提交执委会或董事会审批。在项目开发过程中根据管理层目标进行项目成本优化及利润提升，在指导下采取必要措施确保投资最优；

Responsible for timely submission of project allocation applications to the Executive Committee or Board of Directors for approval. During the project development process, optimize project costs and increase profits based on management objectives, and take necessary measures under guidance to ensure optimal investment;

6、与国内外项目相关的合作伙伴保持沟通，确保项目顺利开展；

Maintain communication with domestic and foreign project related partners to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

7、在指导下协调公司内各个部门并督促其按照要求执行关控要素，确保项目无重大问题通过公司内外部关控审核；

Coordinate with various departments within the company and urge them to implement the required control elements to ensure that the project passes the internal and external control audits on time;

8、在指导下完整、清晰地向各级管理层汇报项目状况；

Report the project status to all levels of management in a complete and clear manner under the guidance;

9、项目投产后，按照要求整理和总结项目开发过程中的经验教训。
