职位描述
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales budget, prepare forecast, quotation, offer and lead with sales related process.
Follow business cycle from customer opportunity identification to the closure of sales contract.
Maintain adequate growth opportunity pipeline and maximize customer satisfaction by influencing internal cross functions, close communication with both local, Austria and US team.
To support delivery and customers inspection and reception checked to guarantee timely base payment collection.
Offer necessary technical introduction and Demos for customers.
Support marketing activity by collecting information and offer marketing intelligence of sales target and able to drive for growth by mobilizing internal resources.
Represent company as major customer interface for target customers.
Organize technical exchange session to understand future trends and product road map.
Develop sales strategy and marketing benchmarking with intelligences from marketing study.
Maintains and improves systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.
Communicates with programmers regarding bugs and follows-up to make sure fixes are received and tested.
Advises management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
Advise technical writers on user documentation.
Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.
Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
Plans and schedules levels of support according to product release schedules.
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent work experience is required
• Vehicle Testing knowledge, active & passive preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to communicate/explain issues effectively through various means
• Computer use/skills
