*职责说明（Job Description）:
Purpose and Major Responsibilities of Position:
•\tCollaborates with Project, Site/Plant Logistics, Equipment vendors and Freight forwarders to design and build up shipping schedule to accomplish the task of Project Shipping, especially hit the goal of On-Time Delivery at Corning Sites with equipment safety.
•\tFollows Corning PLG standard process to issues Corning PLG Shipping Documents like Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB with 100% Compliance to ensure smooth Customs Clearance at destination in Asia countries or regions.
•\tManages shipping cost by utilizing contracting rates or performing cost comparison tools with internal functions and qualified Freight Forwarders before shipping operation, on quality shipping service level and supply assurance PLG requires.
•\tMonitors and measures the service performance of vendors (Forwarding and 3PL) in daily operation for continued improvement to Business.
•\tLeverages appropriate tools like Customs Duty Exemption Program, FTA scheme, Bonded operation with support from Regional Trade Compliance team, to explore rtunities of Cost Saving to Organization.
•\tDaily works of tracing shipments and operation in Corning PLG C2C system.
•\tFulfills other tasks assigned by supervisor.
•\tMore than 5 years working experience in Logistics area, especially Import/Export Transport and documents management, Project Logistics/OOG shipment handling is a plus.
•\tBachelors of Logistics management or International Trade.
•\tCET6 is required.
•\tAble to partner across internal functions and external partners
•\tData management and analysis
•\tProficient in Office Software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
•\tStrong communication skills in both English written and speaking.
•\tSense of urgence, logic and Detail-Oriented.
•\tGood interpersonal skills.
