工作内容：

1. Design and execute antibody optimization campaigns using various display technologies, with a preference for yeast display 使用各种展示技术设计和执行抗体优化活动，首选酵母展示；

2. Perform a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, molecular cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, and library construction 执行广泛的分子生物学技术，包括PCR、分子克隆、定点突变和文库构建；

3. Develop, optimize, and perform various in vitro binding assays, including ELISA and FACS, for antibody hit screening and characterization 开发、优化和执行各种体外结合试验，包括ELISA和FACS，用于抗体命中筛查和鉴定；

4. Contribute to the engineering and optimization of lead antibody candidates to improve their therapeutic properties (e.g., affinity, specificity, developability) 为先导抗体候选物的工程和优化做出贡献，以改善其治疗特性（如亲和力、特异性、可开发性）；

5. Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data effectively within the team 在团队中有效地分析、解释和呈现实验数据；

候选人要求：

1. A MS degree in biochemistry, bioengineering, molecular biology or a related field生物化学、生物工程、分子生物学或相关专业硕士学位；

2. At least 2 years of relevant post-graduate experience in antibody engineering, preferably in a biopharmaceutical industry setting至少2年抗体工程相关研究生经验，最好在生物制药行业工作经验；

3. Proven hands-on experience in core molecular biology techniques, including PCR, DNA cloning, and mutagenesis 在核心分子生物学技术方面拥有丰富的实践经验，包括PCR、DNA克隆和诱变；

4. Demonstrated experience with at least one antibody display technology (e.g., yeast display, phage display, ribosome display, mRNA display), with a strong preference for yeast display 具有至少一种抗体展示技术（如酵母展示、噬菌体展示、核糖体展示、mRNA展示）的经验，对酵母展示有强烈偏好；

5. Proficiency in a variety of antibody characterization techniques, including ELISA, flow cytometry (FACS), and other relevant assays (ideally BLI or SPR) 精通各种抗体表征技术，包括ELISA、流式细胞术（FACS）和其他相关检测（最好是BLI或SPR）；

6. Experience in antibody engineering techniques (e.g., affinity maturation, humanization) is highly desirable 有抗体工程技术（如亲和力成熟、人源化）经验者尤佳；

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently design experiments, interpret results, and troubleshoot technical issues 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够独立设计实验、解释结果和解决技术问题

8. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team 具备独立工作和作为协作团队工作的能力；
