职位描述
核心要求:数据分析能力和英文能力较强。
服务内容:
1) Ensures efficient, feasible but also compliant, flawless HCO payment process to support HCO Engagement activities
2) Understand HCO engagement activities SOP, manual process, and system controls and functionalities
3) Implementation of quality monitoring frameworks to assure compliant payment process, includes but not limited to: perform HCO contract review, issue Shopping Cart upon stamped HCO contract, Request Payment to Finance Share Service team with related supporting, Good Receipt in systems with verified meeting supporting for actual occurrence, collect invoice for offset Pre-payment
4) Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards
5) Assisting in the delivery of level 1 quality framework and support of audits
6) Monitoring service parameters including deliverables, timelines, quality and cost.
7) Ensuring delivery of services according to agreed standards.
8) Assisting in the review and continuous improvement of services to meet business and customer needs
服务要求:
1) Tertiary education qualifications e.g. Science (Preferably Life Sciences/Pharmacy Degrees)/Business Administration/Finance
2) Self-motivated; works as part of a highly matrixed team
3) Good communication skills in Mandarin is compulsory and English will be added advantage (both oral and written)
4) Attention to details
5) Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions) and geographies (internal and external)
6) 5 + years of experience with working with HCPs / HCOs/ Pharma Industry / Hospital experience will be an added advantage
7) Knowledge in accounts payable
8) Exposure in portfolio/project management
9) Able to work flexible hours
10) Team leadership and people management experience will be an added advantage
