- POSITION NAME: Product Development Technician

- REPORT TO : Merchandsing Manager - Food

2. DESCRIPTION GENERAL

- Technical support and quality control management for project development. Products:Cleaning, and Personal Care.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in the product development of the Regional team. Category: Cleaning and personal care (such as laundry detergent; shower gel, shampoo, etc.)

- Assist the regional team to complete the technical support required for product development.

- Evaluate supplier qualifications, certificates, etc., and provide evaluation and suggestions.

- Collaborate with the QA team to follow up on sample testing, improvement, and molding throughout the process, and finally complete the product technical file and backup.

- Track the entire production process.

- Analyze and provide support for complaints and claims.

- Participate in business trips and exhibitions according to business needs.

4. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree, major: Chemistry/Chemical Engineering general knowledge of business and foreign trade.

- Work experience: More than 2 years of experience in related industries.

- Special knowledge: Familiar with cleaning and personal care related technologies (such as formula development, material testing, production processes, etc.), understanding of industry regulations (such as cosmetic safety assessment, FDA/CE certification, etc.). knowledge and experience in food product development preferred.

- Special skills: English both in spoken & written, MS Office

- Attitude: Proactive, Team player. High degree of self-management and autonomy.
