岗位职责:
1. 业务拓展(核心职责)
• 以 Hunter 模式为导向,重点开拓再生塑料认证(EN 15343、RecyClass、OBP 等)相关的新客户与新市场。
• 推动碳足迹认证(产品/组织)、CBAM 服务、ESG 报告与鉴证等业务的市场增长。
1. Business Development (Primary Responsibility)
• Act as a hunter-type sales professional, focusing on acquiring new clients for recycled plastics certification services (EN 15343, RecyClass, OBP, etc.).
• Drive market growth for Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Organizational Carbon Footprint (OCF), CBAM services, and ESG reporting/assurance.
2. 客户管理与销售推进
• 独立完成客户拜访、需求分析、方案制定、商务洽谈与合同签署。
• 建立并维护良好的客户关系,提高客户满意度及复购率。
2. Client Management & Sales Execution
• Conduct client visits, identify needs, prepare proposals, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
3. 内部协调与项目衔接
• 与技术、审核、运营团队紧密协作,确保认证交付顺畅。
• 跟踪项目进度,对结果负责,及时解决执行过程中的问题。
3. Internal Coordination & Project Support
• Collaborate closely with technical, auditing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of certification projects.
• Monitor project progress, take accountability for outcomes, and resolve issues proactively.
4. 行业洞察与市场分析
• 持续关注可持续发展、再生材料、碳管理等领域的政策变化与市场动态。
• 发现新的市场机会,为部门提供前瞻性的业务建议。
4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
• Stay updated on sustainability, recycled materials, carbon management, and regulatory trends.
• Identify business opportunities and provide forward-thinking suggestions to support departmental growth.
任职要求:
1. 行业经验: 在第三方检测/检验/认证(TIC)行业具备 3–5 年相关经验。
2. 业务敏感度: 熟悉第三方认证业务的商业模式及市场拓展路径。
3. 销售特质: 强烈的开拓欲望,具备 Hunter 型销售基因,以结果为导向。
4. 沟通能力: 出色的人际沟通能力,善于与客户及内部团队协作。
5. 组织能力: 具备良好的组织协调能力与跨部门合作能力。
6. 价值观与热情: 对可持续发展、循环经济及再生材料相关业务具有真正的兴趣与热情。
7. 语言能力: 良好的中英文沟通、表达与写作能力。
1. Industry Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry.
2. Business Understanding: Familiar with certification service development and commercialization paths.
3. Sales Mindset: Strong hunter mentality with a clear focus on business acquisition and achieving measurable results.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and client engagement skills.
5. Coordination Ability: Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
6. Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, circular economy, and third-party sustainability services.
7. Language: Strong Chinese and English communication and writing skills.
