【岗位职责】
1. Achieve team's set sales and revenue target.
实现FSC森林认证审核团队设定的销售和收入目标。
2. Maintain existing customers and increase the number of new customers with good relationship and follow-up.
维护现有客户并通过良好的关系和后续行动增加新客户数量。
3. Manage the team daily operation activities in compliance with established policies and procedures.
按照制定的方针和程序管理团队的日常运营活动。
4. Assist in manpower planning, training, and developments of subordinates.
协助下属的人力规划、培训和发展。
5. Perform other job-related assignments as required.
根据需要执行其他与工作相关的任务。
【任职要求】
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major: Forestry, Tree Genetics and Breeding, Forest Management, Forest Cultivation, Forest Conservation, Ecology, Forest Fire Prevention, Forest Resource Protection and Recreation, Nature Reserves, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning and Design, Horticulture, Plant Protection, Plant Science and Technology, Seed Science and Engineering, Wildlife Conservation and Utilization, Landscape Plants and Ornamental Horticulture, Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control, Botany, Plant Pathology, Forest Engineering, Forestry Machinery, Wood Science and Technology, Forest Chemical Processing Engineering, Forestry Economic Management, Sociology, Environmental Science and Engineering, etc.
本科或本科以上学历。专业：林学、林木遗传育种、森林经理学、森林培育、森林保护学、生态学、森林防火、森林资源保护与游憩、自然保护区、园林、园林规划与设计、园艺、植物保护、植物科学与技术、种子科学与工程、野生动植物保护与利用、园林植物与观赏园艺、水土保持与荒漠化防治、植物学、植物病理学、森林工程、林业机械、木材科学与技术、林产化学加工工程、林业经济管理、社会学、环境科学与工程等。
2. 6+ years’ work experience in FSC audit.
3. 4+ years’ work experience in TIC industry as Technical/Sales management.
4. Having qualification for FSC audit, and CCAA registered auditor.
具备FSC森林认证审核员资质、CCAA注册审核员资质，及其它相关资质。
5. Proven experience in customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in FSC.
在FSC森林认证审核领域有着丰富的客户关系管理经验和新客户获取经验。
6. Good English skill, both in written and spoken.
7. Be good at self-learning, positive working attitude.
良好的自学能力，积极的工作态度
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神。
9. Successful completion of an IRCA registered “ISO management standard auditor course”: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001, or an ISO 19011 course on auditing techniques. The course shall be at least eighteen (18) hours.
完成IRCA注册的ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 或ISO 19011审核技术课程（至少18学时课程）
10. Successful completion of a formal CoC auditor training program carried out by an approved FSC training provider.
通过FSC 认可培训机构的正式课程（至少22学时)
